I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Maxwell Jensen at Noroff Education, and I can say without hesitation that he’s one of the most dedicated and impactful educators I’ve had the privilege to work with.
Maxwell originally joined Noroff as a student in the Network and System Administration program, where he stood out immediately for his technical skill and drive. It wasn’t long before we welcomed him to the teaching team and that’s when his real impact began.
Maxwell took the lead in overhauling our Linux course from the ground up. He rewrote the curriculum, re-recorded lectures, and completely restructured the course to make it clearer, more relevant, and more engaging. Thanks to his work, Linux has become a student favourite regularly praised for its clarity and depth.
What sets Maxwell apart is his ability to take complex ideas and turn them into lessons that students genuinely enjoy. His work ethic, passion for teaching, and technical expertise make him an incredible asset to any team.
While I’m sad to see him move on, I know he’ll thrive wherever he goes. Any organization would be lucky to have him.
I started studying Network and System Administration through Noroff in January 2023, where I had the pleasure of meeting Maxwell Jensen. His dedication, patience, and deep understanding of both the students and course material have been truly inspiring.
I have had the privilege of being guided by him through academic standards and the complexities of the Linux software space, which many students find challenging. His support has been invaluable not only to me but to my classmates as well, many of whom would have ultimately struggled or even failed without his guidance.
Maxwell’s commitment to high standards is something that has stood out to all of us, and his passion for helping others has been a refreshing and much needed change in the IT field. I can proudly and with a clear conscience say that Maxwell Jensen has positively transformed how many students perceive IT, allowing us to dive deeper into Linux and the field of IT as a whole.
